Can I change a customer's address for them?

For an individual: No.  It is a customer’s responsibility to maintain their address information with QT.

For an organisation: Yes.  You will need to obtain a request to update their address details on their organisation letterhead and fax it through to Dealer Solutions.  Dealer Solutions Client Service will update their details.  Please specify their CRN in the request.  You will also need to lodge a general support request so Dealer Solutions Client Service are able to notify you when this change has been made (refer to the section on lodging online help for details on how to do this).
