It is possible to complete this transaction inside your New business registration and transfer transaction:
1.Select ‘CRN1 selection, then Locate in QT Database
2.This will open the List Customer transaction, enabling you to search on either the organisations name, an ACN, QLD BN or IA number (as per the steps outlined here)
3.When CRN is located – you can insert the CRN directly into your transaction by clicking on ‘select’
4.A Client card will be saved when the transaction is sent, saving you having to import/save the client card.
5.If no CRN details are returned – then you will have to complete the CRN application process.
