Setting Budgets

How do I do this?

•Open the Profit and Loss for the selected period using the procedure described above.

•Using the selection Combo select Budget.

•Previously entered budget figures will be displayed, calculated for the date range select fro your Profit and Loss.

•To add or amend a budget figure, highlight the selected account, and use a right-click to display the Budget option.

•Using the left mouse button, select Budget.

•Enter the required Budget amounts, either on a month-by month basis, or as an annual amount.  If you enter an annual amount Dealerlogic will divide by 12 to determine a monthly budget for that account.

•Once complete, press Close to return to the Profit and Loss.

•Repeat for other accounts as required.
