Changing the status of a sale

The status of a Sale can be moved from within the Sale transaction.

A Sale Estimate will show two buttons:  Convert to  Order, and Convert to Invoice.  Note that you cannot convert an Estimate directly to an Invoice, it must first be converted to an Order.

A Sale Order will show one button:  Convert to Invoice.

If the Sale layout is Vehicle, changing the status of the Sale will also change the status of the stock card from Order Taken to Sold.

The Sale status can also be changed directly from the stock card if the layout is Vehicle.  From within the stock card, select status of Sold, and Save.  The Sale status will become Invoice.
