Reporting on floor plan

As floor plan records are controlled completely from the stock card, the best reporting options also come from the stock reports.

Use the Floor Plan report to list items on floor plan, use the report filters to select an As At Date, filter to various stock types, stock statuses etc.

Floor plan items continue to appear on the floor plan report even after a payout has been recorded.  This is by design and is intended to assist you with reconciliations.

Once all items have been reconciled, paid out floor plan items can be suppressed from the Floor Plan report by ticking the Hide from FPR box on the floor plan tab of the stock card.
