Editing an existing Purchase

Once a Purchase has been created you can edit certain data.  Open the Purchase from the Purchases Register window, from the Payables window or from the stock card if it is a Vehicle Purchase.

Add another line item by pressing the Add Line Item button.  Complete all details and Process.

Delete a line item by pressing the Delete Line Item button.  Note:  if a line item relates to a stock card and the invoice is a Vehicle Invoice, removing the purchase will revert that stock card to an On Order status.

Additional notes can be added, edited or deleted if required.

Identify associated payments by viewing the Paid field - double-click this field to view the linked payment transactions.

View the Purchase entry in the General Ledger by pressing the Journal button.
