Task 2: Select a Sale Layout |
Top Previous Next |
There are 4 types of Sale layouts each specific to the content: Vehicle Sale Item Sale General Sale Reconditioning Sale A Vehicle Sale is generally created from the stock card rather than from the Sale Invoice. See Sell a Stock Item. An Item Sale is a transaction created to record the sale of something that is not a stock item, nor does it form part of the sale of a stock item. It might be an inventory item or some other good or service you sell. It has been created as an Item Code with the attribute "I Sell this Item" selected. A General Sale is neither an item nor a stock item, but something else, for example you might raise a sale for incoming commissions due and payable. A Reconditioning Sale is used to record a credit raised that is applied to a stock card and will appear itemised on the Reconditioning tab. Commonly used to record credits or part refunds against the stock purchase. |
