Task 1: Enter Bill or create Purchase

You can choose from 4 types of Purchase Layouts OR go to an Enter Bill transaction instead.

Is the purchase related to a stock item?  If Yes, use Vehicle Purchase or Reconditioning Purchase as applicable.

Is the purchase related to items of inventory?  If Yes, use Item Purchase.

If you answer No to both these questions then the simplest transaction is "Enter Bills".  This is a straightforward transaction unrelated to stock items or inventory.

A "General" purchase will achieve the same result, but is a larger window to complete.
