Acceptable Category B documents

- Medicare Card

- Plastic Financial Institution Debit / Credit Card with signature and embossed name

- Education Institution Student Identity Document (must include photo and signature)

- Dept of Veterans' Affairs / Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card

- Australian-issued Security Guard / Crowd Controller Licence (with photo)

- Australian-issued Firearm Licence (with photo)

- Aust Defence Force (excluding Civilian) Photo Identity Card

If the three documents provided are not in the same name (due to a name change) they cannot be accepted unless accompanied by a Change of Name document.

A Change of Name Document must clearly identify the customer and the issuing organisation, be current and be issued in Australia.
