Acceptable evidence of garage address documents

•Council Rates Notice

•Lease agreement, rent book, Notice of Body Corporate Fees

•Insurance papers which contain a field called garage address

•Electricity, Phone (including mobile phones), Gas accounts

•Taxation Notice of Assessment

•Bank Statement issued within the last 6 months (needs to be issued by the same financial institution as the Category B document listed)

•Mortgage/Certificate of Title of land ownership.

•Category A - Evidence of Identity (EOI) document (if garaging address is recorded on document).  Refer to current EOI Category A document list for acceptable documents.

•Category B - Evidence of Identity (EOI) document (if garaging address is recorded on document).  Refer to current EOI Category B document list for acceptable documents.

Note: If the registered operator is not the property owner/rentee of the dwelling at the garaging address you will need to obtain a statement from the property owner giving permission for the registered operator to list the property owner's address as the garaging address for the vehicle.  A garage address document in the name of the property owner/rentee will need to be provided also.
