CRN Application process |
Top Previous Next |
What do I need to do to create a CRN for an individual?
At any stage you are unable to site a current QLD Driver License for a client, they must provide full Evidence of Identity (EOI) with a minimum of three (3) documents that provide a link between the legal existence of the person and the identity they use. For example, this might be a birth certificate (evidence of legal existence [Category A document]), a bank card and a Medicare card (evidence of use of the identity in the community [Category B document]). At least one of these documents must show the customers signature. Note that at least one Cat A document must be provided to prove legal existence of the person, and at least one Cat B document must be provided to prove the use of the identity in the community. The third document can be either Cat A or Cat B, but must be on the list of acceptable Cat A or Cat B documents. A New Individual Customer Application completed in full and signed by customer and dealership representative, along with legible copy of ALL Cat A documents only must be faxed/emailed with CRN application to Dealer Solutions before a CRN can be created. |
