Dealerlogic Accounting contains a default set of Accounts that is designed to work with the stock system correctly. If you require additional accounts within the Expenses or Other Income area, they can be added prior to you Accounting Conversion via the Setup Wizard as below.

•The default Chart of Accounts in Dealerlogic Accounting can be modified to suit your dealership’s requirements by adding to, deleting or editing the accounts that we have prepared earlier.
•The account codes in Dealerlogic accounting are comprised of an Alpha prefix and a five (5) digit number.
Chart of Accounts
•Accounts can be Title Accounts, Normal Accounts or Bank Accounts. If the type bank account is selected you can set up your bank account details including an icon representing your bank or financial institution.
