•Many details are imported from the Card file, such as Address, phone numbers, date of birth etc. If these details are incorrect or missing, click the Edit button to open the Card and correct these fields.

•After editing the address, phone, and Birth date fields, enter contact details for this employee. Note: these fields are optional.
•If you are converting all employees into Dealerlogic Accounting payroll, enter opening balances for this employee for the Opening Payroll year to date. This means if your Opening Payroll date is 1 October, you need to enter the opening balances for 1 July through 30 September for that employee. If however your Opening Payroll date is 1 July, the Opening Balances for that financial year will be zero.
•If this is a new Employee there won't be Opening Balances.
